1:1 Maturation Coaching
This is an opportunity to work with me over six or twelve months in a deeply supportive and consistent space.
In our sessions, we will explore the challenges in your life. The intention is not just for you to understand your problems and patterns, but to bring awareness into the BodyMind, where they are held. Experiencing them in this way allows for shifts that are not only understood intellectually, but felt and distinguished somatically. This is where deeper, lasting change becomes possible.
I will be available for ongoing support between sessions via WhatsApp. Often, it is in the moments when life is actually happening that we can clearly distinguish where your reactions to situations and people are coming from, and how they relate to your patterns. Through this, you begin to experience more deeply that the world is not simply as it appears, but is created through the one experiencing it.
Monthly breathwork sessions are included to support this process. As coaching opens deeper layers, breathwork allows the body to process and integrate what has surfaced, supporting your nervous system and helping change to land more fully.

1:1 or Group Breathwork
Breathwork offers a direct way to connect with your body and access what sits beneath the thinking mind. It creates space to feel what may have been suppressed, held, or out of awareness, without needing to analyse or explain it. This can bring a sense of release, clarity, and reconnection.
Regular breathwork can support:

Breathwork is a powerful complement to coaching, but can also be experienced as a standalone practice.
One off Coaching sessions
These sessions are available to past clients who feel called to revisit and deepen the work we have explored together. When old patterns resurface, it is not a setback but an invitation to look more closely, to feel more fully, and to move to a deeper level of growth. Having worked closely with you before, I am able to hold a space that is both grounded and attuned, reflecting back to you the one who is experiencing the current challenges. This can offer a level of support that quickly cuts through the noise being created by the mind and the old survival patterns.
I also offer additional 1:1 sessions to existing clients who feel the need for extra, face-to-face support during particularly challenging times.
